City Recorder Nicole Tritten told the council she had received multiple complaints about occupied motorhomes in the Hemlock neighborhood and described enforcement options. "She stated that the City could tow the RVs that have parking violations under City Ordinance 141, but the cost to tow and dispose of a motorhome is in the $1,200–$1,500 range," the minutes record. Tritten said the alternative is code enforcement, but that process can fail to produce compliance because courts sometimes cannot collect assessed fines.
Tritten also said the City received an application for a Relief Operator position; she related that Bobby Archer had reviewed the application and recommended the applicant be interviewed.
