At the May 14 joint legislative workshop, Mr. Steve W. McClung moved to approve the agenda; Mrs. Jeanne Wade seconded and the minutes record the motion passing with all present voting AYE (6‑0). The workshop then heard public comment and presentations on K‑12 funding, school construction financing, and DSS reimbursement with members of the state delegation in attendance. Chairman William Donati Jr. adjourned the meeting at 4:08 p.m.
The minutes also note at the top of the record that "a Quorum of the Board of Supervisors was not present" earlier in the document, and the attestation/recorded vote lines in the minutes list named supervisors and 'aye' votes. The minutes do not show additional formal board votes beyond approval of the agenda during the workshop.
