Commissioners agreed to form a subcommittee to review and recommend updates to the Commission bylaws and member handbook, which were last updated in 1996. Commissioners Kerryn Hullstrung, Charlie Townsend and Linda Medeiros volunteered to serve on the review committee. Ned Beecher encouraged newer commissioners to review the Members' section of the Commission website and related documents prior to the subcommittee's work.
Separately, the Commission discussed funding an updated Natural Resources Inventory (NRI) as part of the Town's Capital Improvements Program; the last NRI was completed in 2008 and future funding could allow the Commission to hire a consultant to produce an updated inventory.
