The presentation included discussion and online public comment; no public commenters addressed the Commission in person in Tulsa or Oklahoma City.
Chairman Kim David left the meeting at 2:35 p.m., at which point the minutes record that a quorum was lost while the OG&E presentation and online public comments were ongoing. Commissioner J. Todd Hiett adjourned the meeting at 2:53 p.m.
