The Oklahoma Corporation Commission voted unanimously to advance the merits hearing on Case No. OSF2024-000262 to be heard en banc and later approved a proposed final order on the application filed by Mark Argenbright, Administrator of the Oklahoma Universal Service Fund.
Natasha Scott, the Commission’s chief legal counsel, presented the item and called expert witness Farzad Khalili to provide testimony on the application, which seeks adjustment of the Oklahoma Universal Service Fund assessment factor and creation of a repository for quarterly status reports under OAC 165:59-3-13(a) & (b). After testimony, the Commission opened the floor for public comment; no in-person comments were offered in Tulsa or Oklahoma City though some commenters participated online.
