District says maintenance crew understaffed; facilities update set for March

S2 said a facilities update will be provided at the March board meeting and a consolidated plan for facilities staffing and priorities will be presented in April. Board members asked for head counts and clearer categorization of custodial, maintenance and grounds responsibilities so they could assess gaps and costs.
