Commission approves RDA recess and minutes, moves to building authority meeting

Jeff McCarthy, of Sunrise Engineering, moved to enter and exit the RDA meeting; the Chair seconded the motion and the commission recorded ayes.
The commission then reviewed and approved minutes from its April 21, 2026 meeting after a motion and second. Following passage of the minutes, the Chair recessed the commission at 09:37 to conduct a short municipal building authority meeting. "I'll make a motion," the mover said during the RDA procedural step; the Chair followed with, "And I'll 2nd it."
