Director Megan Heatwole said volunteers are needed and offered to distribute a sign-up link; she also reported that a portion of proceeds will support the Parks and Recreation Scholarship Fund and that the first scholarship application for summer camp has been received. No final budget or staffing allocations were decided at the meeting.
