Board prequalifies Millennium Consulting Associates for hazardous materials work on Measure HV

Under RFQ 2025-07, staff recommended that Millennium Consulting Associates be placed on the district's prequalified list for hazardous materials consulting in support of Measure HV. "Staff recommends that you approve Millennium Consulting Associates as their prequalified hazardous materials consulting firm for measure HV," Miss Cleck said.
A board member observed the firm had been used during prior construction activity, and the board approved the recommendation. The prequalification will allow the district to call on Millennium for hazardous-materials identification, testing, and mitigation services during Measure HV projects.
