The commission approved minutes from May 19 and May 28 following a motion by Commissioner Beth Nidam and a second from Commissioner Cindy Barley; later the commission approved the June 16 minutes on a motion by Barley and a second from Commissioner Evan Hiester. The clerk recorded both votes as unanimous: "all in favor, motion carried."
The meeting packet and administrative materials were provided by Secretary/Treasurer Amanda Runkle. After procedural approvals the commission proceeded to public comment and scheduled agenda items, concluding with adjournment at 8:36 p.m.
