The superintendent noted the extra certified day would be funded by a student investment account grant.
Director Salvaggio asked whether the MOUs properly interact with the collective bargaining agreement; staff explained the language in article 9 amends the contract where specified and other memoranda were written to be consistent. The board voted to approve the three memoranda on a roll call with all present directors recorded as aye.
