The Missouri City Recreation and Leisure Local Government Corporation unanimously approved a resolution authorizing officials to open and maintain accounts with Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, and updated the signatory list to add the city CFO as treasurer.
Miranda, identified in the record as the city's CFO, told the board, "This resolution includes 2 updates for your consideration. 1st, my name as treasurer as the CFO has been added. And secondly, in Exhibit B, we are replacing the chief administrative officer with the interim." The comments explained that the resolution language and Exhibit B were being updated to reflect staffing changes.
The Chair announced a motion by Council Member Thompson, seconded by Council Member Riley. The City Secretary conducted a roll-call vote and recorded the motion as carried unanimously. No amendments or public comments were recorded on the item.
The resolution updates official account authority for the LGC and reflects the interim chief administrative officer in Exhibit B and the CFO's role as treasurer.
