Draft reduces R‑2 lot minimum and bars ADUs on non‑single‑dwelling types

She also said, "The current draft does not allow an ADU with any housing type other than single dwelling unit," explaining that under the draft property owners would have to choose between an ADU or a different multiunit configuration rather than combining them on the same lot.
