Council discussed phasing, traffic impacts during construction and the possibility of coordinating water-line work; staff said bids on related service-line work are expected soon and that combining projects would depend on phasing and economies of scale. A council member asked staff to consider school-bus and peak traffic patterns when scheduling work.
The motion to approve the agreement was made, seconded and passed unanimously.
