The Chippewa Falls Common Council approved several alcohol beverage licensing actions on July 7, 2026. The council accepted a conditional surrender from Carmen Muenich for a Class B license (to enable issuance to a new operator), approved Dick Dawg Holdings, LLC (Terry Comero, agent) for a Class B license for Dick’s Half Way Inn at 130 Fleet Street with the understanding the business will open after the first of the year, and approved Jack NoOne, LLC (Jason Boehm, agent) for a Class B license for That’s a Wrap Eats & More at 19 W Central Street. Motions passed by voice/roll-call votes as recorded in the minutes.
Council also approved the appointment of Kelly Sommer as successor agent for Kwik Trip Store #381 (1010 Woodward Avenue). Applicants Terry and Joelle Comero were present to discuss their remodel timeline. The minutes record unanimous council approval on the licensing items; specific inspection or conditioning details beyond the “continuation of business” timeline for Dick’s Half Way Inn are not listed in the minutes.
