Planning commission approves five plats and disapproves two others; Sienna Town Center replat withdrawn

Under the consent disapproval agenda (9B), staff noted that Sienna Town Center commercial site replat No. 1 had been withdrawn by the applicant and would not be considered. The commission then moved to disapprove the remaining two items on the disapproval consent agenda: Graton Villas (preliminary plat) and Sienna River Parkway Phase 2 (final plat), as recommended in staff reports.
