Staff presented proposed 2025–27 work plans for community advisory groups and said the plans are intended to align advisory group priorities with council goals. Staff noted some plans remain in draft form and three—Transportation Advisory Board, Economic Development Committee and Utility Advisory Board—will return to council in September when ready.
Councilors discussed potential additions (Parker Road site uses, Westbridge Park restoration after ODOT work) and asked staff to amend plans where appropriate. Council moved, seconded and adopted the listed work plans by roll call; the mayor said a short follow‑up meeting with neighborhood association leadership could be scheduled to resolve outstanding questions.
