Miss Gibson told commissioners that "JTL provide full time construction administration and inspection services for the project" and that payment will be on a time-and-materials basis not to exceed $150,000. The commission moved, seconded and voted unanimously to approve the inspection agreement.
Staff said the services expand on engineering already supplied on the project and are intended to support contractor oversight and on-site documentation during construction. The funding source for the inspection contract is the same ARP/IFA package identified for the project.
