The Board agreed the business could hold entertainment in the rear to avoid affecting rush‑hour traffic. Code staff also said they are observing landscapers for leaf removal and permit compliance and reported that all holiday events went well.
The Building and Code Departments will coordinate on signage installation and event compliance.
