- Approved the regular meeting agenda for Aug. 13, 2025 (voice vote). - Approved the consent agenda (voice vote; one commissioner abstained because they had not attended the prior meeting). - Approved SUP292023 (time extension for mini-warehousing and vehicle wash at Decatur & Grand Teton). - Approved SUP322023 (companion time extension for the same commercial site). - Approved SUP352025 (Bliss Car Wash) with an amended condition restricting hours to 7 AM–9 PM; the applicant accepted the amendment. - Approved VN3-2025 (Delta Academy retaining-wall variance) to allow stepped retaining walls to address steep site grades.
Where available the staff report and applicant presentations identified key permit conditions to be verified at building- and grading-permit review (landscaping, screening, trash enclosures, hours of operation, and landscaping between stepped walls).
