Millennium development in Clarksville reports seven home sites under construction

A representative of Millennium updated the Clarksville Redevelopment Commission on the company’s residential project, saying two private access easements were released and overhead power and telecommunications lines were buried so the site could be developed. "Those major impediments have been resolved successfully," the representative said.
The presenter said roads and underground infrastructure are installed, initial landscaping is in place and there are seven home sites under development — four are framed or framing and one is already under contract. "There are now 7 homes in total ... That is a total of 21 and in fact 1 of them is already under contract," the representative said. Staff said the project is ahead of schedule and currently on track for overall construction completion in mid-2026.
