Committee approves authorization to negotiate Acme ticketing amendment; also OKs consent transfer at Edison project

Staff presented two consent items on May 20: (1) authorization to negotiate a first amendment with Acme Technologies to continue online ticketing for Deanna Rose Farmstead and Arboretum special events for a three‑year period in an amount of $162,000; and (2) consent to transfer a 4,800‑square‑foot office lease at the Edison project to an affiliate occupant, Spring Eleven (an affiliate of Newmark & Company).
Shauna (staff) said accumulated ticket transactions through Acme were 1,245,410 for the Farmstead and 420,502 for Arboretum special events, evidence staff used to justify continued use of the vendor. Staff noted the Edison building is roughly 109,000 square feet and that the transfer will further fill building occupancy; the committee recommended council approval of both consent actions by unanimous voice vote.
