Staff explained Overland Park is the primary host for CAD operations and that partner agencies pay pro rata shares; the committee approved recommending council authorization to negotiate the amendment. "Continuing with this proven platform ensures operational continuity while avoiding high costs and high risk of transition," staff said during the presentation.
