The Middle Smithfield Township Board of Supervisors voted July 30 to approve a series of routine financial items, including general fund bill payments of $159,043.85 and an interfund transfer of $22,542.54. Treasurer presented each motion and the board approved them by voice vote.
Treasurer moved to pay $800 to the fire and ambulance fund to cover volunteer tax-free rebate payments of $765.42 and to pay $19,677.06 from the fire escrow for demolition-related work. The board also approved a $139,698.24 sewer-fund payment and a $780 payment from the GOB checking account. The meeting record shows the motions were seconded and approved with chair-led voice votes.
