Council opts to repair yellow building for storage; Old Town Hall demolition estimate $13K–$15K to go out for bid

TM Gonzalez recommended against demolishing the yellow building and presented repair estimates for converting it to storage. Cllr Jones moved to proceed with repairs and President Ciotti seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
Gonzalez also reported demolition estimates for the Old Town Hall at roughly $13,000–$15,000 and said that demolition will be included in the money allocated for the new town hall and will be put out for bid. Council did not take additional motions beyond approving repairs to the yellow building at the Nov. 19 meeting.
