Councilwoman Lupita Connor voted no on the motion, stating concerns about levy (budget) detail in the Aug. 18, 2025 minutes; Krasowski responded that the levy had been set on Aug. 18 and that the minutes provided a sufficient summary. The Community Events Committee minutes from Aug. 28, 2025 were accepted unanimously. The approvals were recorded on the consent agenda with motions and roll-call votes.
