Design Review Board approves five advisory conditions for Alliance Residential project, 3-0-0
Summary
After discussion the board moved, seconded and approved five advisory recommendations for PZ 20-261644 focusing on greenway connectivity, creek cleanup, dumpster setback, northern landscaping and vehicular-entry improvements; the board vote was recorded as 3-0-0.
Following staff and applicant presentations and board Q&A, Matt Adams read five recommended conditions for the applicant to consider. A board member moved to approve the conditions as read; Dean Delatory seconded. The chair called the vote and the board recorded the motion as passing 3-0-0.
The action is advisory: the Design Review Board’s recommendations will be forwarded to the mayor and city council for policy consideration and any formal variances or waivers will require council or permitting action.
