Separately, the council approved motor vehicle and real estate tax refunds totaling $15,737.60: Burke Allison $3,111.04; Northwest Community Bank $7,992.48 and $3,615.26; and Sentry Commercial Property Management $1,018.82. Councilors approved the refunds on a single motion; votes were unanimous.
