The Town Council voted to accept a sanitary sewer easement for 12 Beechwood Hollow, as described on a map prepared for Sunlight Construction and on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. The Town Manager said the property at 12 Beechwood Hollow is built and that the easement grants the Town access to maintain the sewer once it is run through; the homeowner is aware of the easement.
Council discussed that some homes on Hollister Drive are not yet hooked up to sewer and that this easement creates the opportunity to add laterals in the future. The motion to accept the easement passed unanimously.
