City manager reports facility issues, OPERS audit; council moves to executive session on utility leadership

Johnson requested an executive session to discuss appointments and compensation for the water superintendent, wastewater superintendent and utility director. Mr. Mayo moved to enter executive session for that purpose; the motion, seconded by Mr. McManamon, passed by roll call with all ayes and the council cleared the chambers before later reopening and adjourning.
