Steubenville City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2026-6 on its third and final reading, accepting the conveyance of a new 6-inch waterline and dedicating a waterline easement from Franciscan University of Steubenville.
Mayor Ralph Petrella declared the ordinance duly adopted after Ms. Hoover "called question," and the measure passed on a roll-call vote with "all ayes." The ordinance is scheduled to take effect on March 12, 2026, according to the reading at the Feb. 10 meeting.
