Board corrects executive-session citation, approves amended agenda

The correction specified the executive-session authority as "SDCL 1-25-2(1) for the purpose of discussing a personnel matter," and the board adopted the amended agenda following a motion and second.
The amendment was described during the agenda review when a board member noted the saved text omitted a digit and the wording. As the member explained, "SDCL 1 dash 25 dash 2 parenthesis 1 for the purpose of discussing a personnel matter is what it's supposed to say." After a second and an affirmative voice vote, the chair declared the motion passed and the meeting proceeded. The board later moved into executive session under the corrected citation.
