Council approves small APX change order, final pay application for BX civil work

Council also approved Pay Application No. 11 (final) for BX Civil & Construction in the amount of $59,178.49. Staff reported a revised total project cost of about $1,180,000, which they noted was substantially lower than an original estimate of $1.6 million. Council commentary recognized the contractor and engineering firms for managing costs while finishing punch-list items.
