The Alliance City Planning Commission kept its existing officers and approved prior meeting minutes during routine procedural business at its April 16 meeting.
Commissioner Elayne Dunlap moved to keep the current officers; Blaine Lewis seconded and the motion passed. The commission then approved minutes from Dec. 17, 2025 and Feb. 18, 2026 on a motion from Harry Paidas, seconded by Dunlap. John Gross moved to open the scheduled public hearing at 4:33 p.m.; Dunlap seconded and the commission carried the motion.
The public hearing on the proposed amendment to Section 1122.03 produced no public testimony: no members of the public spoke in favor or opposition, and the hearing's public portion was closed before the commission considered the ordinance on its merits.
