The Wilbraham Conservation Commission reviewed an Order of Conditions for a proposed accessory dwelling unit at 579 Main St. The item had previously been reviewed and approved at the Jan. 28, 2026 meeting; during the Feb. 25 session several members of the public asked questions about the project.
Commissioners reviewed the draft Special Conditions and made one administrative correction — the project address was corrected. Commission member Alice Colman moved to approve the Special Conditions as amended; Joe Cantilini seconded the motion. The vote was recorded in favor by Stoughton Smead, Joe Cantilini, James Coletta and Alice Colman. The Commission scheduled its next meeting for March 16, 2026 and adjourned at 8:30 PM.
