Barrios said the district is coordinating with EMCORE (installer) and examining ROI options and that a groundbreaking for Building H and the PAC annex is planned after spring break (anticipated April 13).
Board members asked about potential impacts such as whether grass under some arrays will die; staff said orientation and shading were considered and there are plans to reseed or repurpose shaded patches if needed.
