William Richardson raised concerns about an existing bright light near Eagle Point Park that shines in various directions and was encouraged to email the mayor so staff could investigate adjustments. The commission voted to forward a positive recommendation to City Council (motion by Scott Radcliffe; second by Mayor Bryan Jensen; vote: AYES all).
