Brian Bruce, Superintendent of Utilities, attended for questions but did not add further information and Council members had no additional questions at the session.
The ordinance is scheduled for its second of three readings on Monday, Feb. 23; Council indicated interest in reviewing more details as part of the upcoming readings.
