Harrisonburg schools introduce new principals and leaders ahead of the school year

As the school year approaches, Superintendent Doctor Richards introduced a slate of new leaders and role changes across the division and the board publicly recognized them. Richards asked each named leader to stand as he read a short biography of prior roles and assigned schools and positions.
The roster included new principals and assistant principals for Skyline Middle School, Smithland Elementary, Rocktown High School associate principals, and other leadership and director-level hires. Richards and board members encouraged the community to welcome the new staff when schools open.
