The proposed layout widens the existing alley between Roseland Avenue and Doraland Avenue (400 block) by 14 feet on the city-owned side to create a 30-foot road, reallocates parcel portions to adjacent landowners who will pay property tax on the new parcels, and conveys the northeast corner of lot #19 to the city for roadway needs. The plan converts remaining city lots into development parcels and identifies that Habitat for Humanity will receive a total of five parcels on the west side for future development. Council Member Daniel Freeman moved to approve the proposed site layout; Council Member Angela Olson seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
