Council reviews Sky Zone conditional-use application, seeks written safety conditions

Mayor Brunello opened the discussion on Sky Zone’s conditional-use permit application, which he said was submitted March 10. "Sky Zone has been making efforts to get this resolved and I have had several emails back and forth with them," he said, adding the application was paused while council worked out permitting stipulations.
Law Director Lograsso and Building Commissioner Perno told Council the conditional-use permit term must be two years under the code and recommended including security and camera-access requirements in the permit. Perno said he will review the permit language with police command before presenting it to Sky Zone, and Mayor Brunello said he wants officer requirements, hours, a two-year term, and maximum-occupancy limits included in the draft permit.
