During the public-comment portion, resident Mark Woodward of 1313 10th Avenue said a neighbor's fence at 1311 10th Ave. had still not been addressed. Chairman Meanor said he and the zoning officer had met with the property owner, who indicated the fence would be repaired, and that another meeting would be scheduled.
Charles Dizard of the Tree Committee provided an update: the committee, in its 10th year, plans to plant 20 trees in fall 2026 at Riverview Senior Living and is coordinating with ATI to plant flowering trees along Argonne Avenue following removals by the power company. No formal funding source for the plantings was discussed in the meeting minutes.
