Resident urges Rowlett to produce records after claim Paddle Pointe Park was moved from west lake shoreline

"This begins the history of how Rowlett misplaced Paddle Point Park or lost it," Hull told council as he walked through maps and exhibits and requested that the city provide documents that moved the park. He said if the records do not exist, the city should "undo the unlawful movement of Paddle Pointe Park and move it back to its larger original location on the West Side."
Mayor asked Hull to email the exhibits and the transcript so staff could review the records and provide context; city staff requested copies to examine and respond. Council did not take immediate action to relocate park boundaries at the meeting and asked staff to follow up on the records request.
