Board issues and denies licenses, and tables several applications

At its Jan. 8 meeting the Maine Board of Pharmacy processed a batch of licensure matters, approving some applications, preliminarily denying others and tabling a handful pending additional documentation.
The board moved to preliminarily deny initial licensure for Brady McNalley (PT60019839) for alleged misuse of alcohol, drugs or other substances under 32 § M.R.S. 13472-A(1-A). The board also moved to preliminarily deny Haley Senecal (PT60015932) for alleged misuse of substances and referenced a reporting requirement under 10 M.R.S. § 8003-G(2)(B) that licensees and applicants must report convictions in writing within 10 days. The board tabled Dagmar Lemans (PT60020371) and requested a substance-misuse evaluation that include police reports and court documents, and tabled Lindsay Tyler (PT60017933) to request documentation about efforts to follow a treatment plan for sobriety.
The board approved licensure for Jennifer Fecteau (PT60020348) and Cyril Cofie (PR5668), and accepted the withdrawal of Kamila Berkinova (PT60020405). The board also approved an initial license for Almac Clinical Services, LLC (MO40003599). Several of the denials and tables were tied to evaluations or required documentation related to substance-misuse determinations or reporting obligations.
