The Board voted on a slate of license renewals and initial applications. McCormack moved and the Board approved renewal for Amanda Casey (PT60017714) with Haar, Kane and Norberg recorded in favor and Hamilton recused. Initial applications for Janica Danforth, Justin Dean and Amy Espeaignnette were approved.
Separately, Norberg moved to preliminarily deny renewal for Aiden Roy (PT60016497) with an offered consent agreement that included a warning and a civil penalty of $250 to be paid five months after execution; the motion was seconded by McCormack. For Candy Turner (PT60020265) the Board moved to preliminarily deny the initial application with an offered consent agreement requiring disclosure of a conviction to employers. The minutes list Ahmed absent for these votes.
