The Board of Pharmacy dismissed four complaints after presentations and motions at the Dec. 4 meeting. Nicholas Haar moved to dismiss case 2024-PHA-20500; Bradley Hamilton moved to dismiss 2025-PHA-20788, 2025-PHA-20868, and 2025-PHA-20927. The minutes record the basis for dismissal as "no evidence of a violation of the Board’s law and rule."
Votes on the dismissal motions were recorded in each instance: for 2024-PHA-20500 Emmons, Kane and McCormack voted in favor while Complaint Officer Hamilton abstained; for the other three complaints the minutes record Complaint Officer Norberg abstaining from the votes.
