The Board of Pharmacy dismissed four complaints after presentations and motions at the Dec. 4 meeting. Nicholas Haar moved to dismiss case 2024-PHA-20500; Bradley Hamilton moved to dismiss 2025-PHA-20788, 2025-PHA-20868, and 2025-PHA-20927. The minutes record the basis for dismissal as "no evidence of a violation of the Board’s law and rule."
Votes on the dismissal motions were recorded in each instance: for 2024-PHA-20500 Emmons, Kane and McCormack voted in favor while Complaint Officer Hamilton abstained; for the other three complaints the minutes record Complaint Officer Norberg abstaining from the votes. Abdifatah Ahmed was absent for all items. The minutes do not record additional sanctions or follow-up investigations for these four matters.
