Matthew Marro Environmental Consulting completed a site inspection of the wetland replication area at 337 Maynard Road on Oct. 17, 2025 and reported that the restoration is exhibiting continuing wetland conditions.
The consultant noted that planted highbush blueberry shrubs remain present and viable, though in places they are overtopped by naturally expanding herbaceous species including sedges, soft rush and goldenrod. The replication area appears to have expanded to the silt fence in parts and in the consultant’s judgment exceeds recommended limits in portions, but the inspection concluded the replication is compliant with the Order of Conditions and the approved narrative plan. A re‑inspection is expected by the end of April 2026.
