Trustee Michael Wehner moved (second Kent Tibbits) to post notice accepting bids for the village's 1993 Chevy 3500 pickup, and Trustee Matt Zimmerman moved (second Shelly Gunden) to repair the transmission in a 2008 Chevy pickup at a cost of $3,500.00; both motions carried on unanimous votes.
DPW Superintendent Thomas Buschlen had reported on department activities earlier in the meeting; the purchases and repairs were presented as routine maintenance and capital-replacement decisions for village operations. The minutes do not include a resale reserve price for the 1993 pickup or a vendor selected for the transmission repair.
