Assessor LeeRoy Zamora presented the 2026 Assessor's Annual Report to the Lincoln County Commission on June 23, citing the county's net-new taxable value increase of $25,423,370 for 2026.
Zamora reported 2025 sales ratio figures: residential sales ratio 67.08% and vacant land sales ratio 63.36%. He said livestock valuations increased full value by $1,753,698 with a taxable value increase of $584,566 and noted ongoing work related to the South Fork fire and flood impacts and the transition to the Tyler/CAMA system, cautioning about data integrity during conversion. Chair Fischer thanked Zamora and commissioners approved the report by unanimous roll-call vote.
