Torrance County appoints county manager to MRCOG seat and affirms Schwebach as EVSWA representative

The board also reaffirmed Commissioner Ryan Schwebach as the county representative to the Estancia Valley Solid Waste Authority (EVSWA). Attorney Michael I. Garcia advised that discussing Solid Waste Authority matters informally would not itself violate the Open Meetings Act where there is not a quorum present. The appointments passed without objection.
